What the project needed.
Islamic Marriage Council needed more than a conventional website. The organisation required a professional public-facing platform where prospective applicants could understand the service, submit an application and make payment online, while the internal team needed a structured way to manage applicants and ongoing cases after those applications were received.
The challenge was to connect the customer-facing journey with the operational side of the organisation so that applications, payments, case information and ongoing management could form part of one coherent digital system rather than relying on disconnected processes.
What we found.
We looked at the complete journey from somebody first visiting the website through to submitting an application and entering the organisation’s internal case-management process.
It became clear that the project needed two distinct but connected experiences. Applicants required a clear, straightforward and trustworthy online journey, while the Islamic Marriage Council team needed a purpose-built internal environment for managing applicants and progressing ongoing cases.
Communication was another important part of the experience, so the system also needed professional branded email communications that remained consistent with the organisation’s identity.
The direction we chose.
The strategy was to build Islamic Marriage Council a connected digital platform rather than treat the website, application process and internal administration as separate projects.
The public website would provide the organisation’s professional digital presence and guide applicants into a structured online application and payment journey. Once an application entered the system, the internal business platform would provide the team with a central environment for managing applicants and ongoing cases.
The system was also developed with a mobile app experience so that authorised users could access the operational platform conveniently away from a traditional desktop environment.
What we created.
Phoenix Pixel Studios designed and developed a bespoke website for Islamic Marriage Council alongside a complete digital application and case-management infrastructure.
The public-facing website includes a custom online application journey and integrated online payment functionality, allowing applicants to move through the process digitally rather than relying entirely on manual enquiries and administration.
Behind the website, we developed a bespoke business management system specifically around Islamic Marriage Council’s operational requirements. The platform provides a central environment for managing applicants and ongoing cases, bringing the information required to administer the service into one purpose-built system.
We also developed a custom mobile app experience for the platform, extending access beyond the desktop environment and making the operational system more practical for everyday use.
Branded email communications were integrated into the wider journey so correspondence generated through the digital process maintains a consistent and professional Islamic Marriage Council identity.
The result is a connected platform where the public website, applications, payments, internal case management, mobile access and client communications work together as parts of the same system.
What the project delivered.
Islamic Marriage Council now has a digital platform that supports both sides of its service: the applicant experience and the internal administration required to manage ongoing work.
Applicants can access the organisation online, move through a structured application process and make payment digitally, while the internal team has a dedicated system for managing applicants and ongoing cases from one central environment.
By connecting the website, application workflow, payments, branded communications, business-management platform and mobile app, the project created a much stronger digital foundation for delivering and managing the organisation’s service as it continues to operate and grow.
